How to check result online?

The Education Board of Bangladesh had solved the problem by using technology.  Bangladesh Ministry of Education provides a couple of ways to check the result online or in offline. Below we will discuss the same.

• Step 1. Open Your Browser, in address bar type “www.educationboardresults.gov.bd“
• Step 2. Select Type of the ” Examination ” for e.g. like (SSC / HSC/ JSC / JDC etc)
• Step 3. Select Year of appeared annual exam  _____ (For this year select 2017)
• Step 4. Select the name of the Board out of nine board = ” _____”
• Step 5. Enter your selected “Examination” Annual Exam Roll Number.
• Step 6: Enter your Registration (Optional)”_____________”. (you may leave it blank)
• Now a security question will come here, “here you have two answers the sum of two-digit number for example (5+7=?)
• Finally: Then click on the ‘Submit‘ button.

Note: Students may download Education Board Result Marksheet 2020 and may print or save it in some device shall help for future use.

Bangladesh Education Board Result Via SMS:

All students of Intermediate and Secondary Education Bangladesh can get SSC, HSC, JSC etc annual exam result through SMS, It does not matter from which board you belong to but it should be one of the nine of mentioned above. So what is the step to get the Education Board of Bangladesh result 2020?

Please Note: Do not try to send SMS now, once the board i.e. Education Board of Bangladesh published the result online, only after that you can get the result through SMS. Remember not before that. So relax do not be hurry, let the result declared online.

To get the result you need three attributes/data to send the SMS properly be careful when you are sending SMS.

. 1. < Name of the exam > 2. < Name of the Board > 3. < Roll Number > then Send it to 16222

• You need to write the exam name whether it is SSC or HSC or others.

2. < Name of the Board >

• Board name will be the first three characters for the Board, to make you under we underline in green color each board names first thee char.

Calculate the HSC Auto Pass Result

The HSC AutoPass Result is certainly new for everyone. It is a novel measure taken especially for this unique time in history. The HSC Auto Pass Result will be determined by averaging the SSC and JSC results. Here, the SSC result will account for 75% of the HSC Auto Pass Result and the other 25% will depend on the JSC result.

HSC তে কোনো বিষয়ে প্রাপ্ত নম্বর =(JSC marks×25%)+(SSC marks×75%)

উদাহরণ: ইংরেজি বিষয়ে কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর JSC এবং SSC তে প্রাপ্ত নম্বর যথাক্রমে 70 এবং 90 হলে HSC তে ইংরেজি বিষয়ে ঐ শিক্ষার্থীর প্রাপ্ত নম্বর হবে =(70×25%)+(90×75%) =17.5+67.5 =85 নম্বর।

★ যদি এইচএসসির বিষয়টি জেএসসিতে নেই কিন্ত এসএসসিতে আছে, সেক্ষেত্রে এইচএসসিতে সেই বিষয়ের নম্বর হবে এসএসসিতে প্রাপ্ত নম্বরের সমান।

উদাহরণ : এসএসসির পদার্থ বিজ্ঞানে কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর প্রাপ্ত নম্বর 75 হলে এইচএসসির পদার্থ বিজ্ঞানে ঐ শিক্ষার্থীর প্রাপ্ত নম্বর হবে 75.

★ যদি এইচএসসির কোনো বিষয় জেএসসি ও এসএসসি উভয় পরীক্ষায়ই না থাকে, তাহলে সেই বিষয়ের সাথে সম্পর্কিত জেএসসি ও এসএসসির বিষয়ের নম্বর থেকে যথাক্রমে ২৫% এবং ৭৫% নম্বর নিয়ে এইচএসসির নম্বর নির্ণীত হবে।

★কেউ জেএসসি এবং এইচএসসি উভয় পরীক্ষায় জিপিএ-৫ পেলেও সেই জিপিএ-৫ এ অতিরিক্ত বিষয় ও ব্যাবহারিক পরীক্ষার নম্বর যুক্ত থাকলে তাদের ক্ষেত্রে এইচএসসিতে জিপিএ-৫ পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

উদাহরণ: ধরি কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর জেএসসি এবং এইচএসসি উভয় পরীক্ষাই জিপিএ-5 পেয়েছেন, যেখানে অতিরিক্ত (optional) বিষয় বাদে তাঁর জিপিএ 4.63. কিন্তু এইচএসসির সাবজেক্ট গুলোতে (JSC marks×25%)+(SSC marks×75%) এই সূত্র প্রয়োগ করে এবং অতিরিক্ত বিষয় বাদে তাঁর প্রাপ্ত রেজাল্ট যদি জিপিএ-5 না হয়, তাহলে অতিরিক্ত বিষয়ের 2 এর অতিরিক্ত পয়েন্ট যোগ করে জিপিএ নির্ধারণ করা হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে তাঁর অতিরিক্ত বিষয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় পয়েন্টের অভাব থাকলে সেই শিক্ষার্থী এইচএসসিতে জিপিএ-৫ পাবেন না। তবে অতিরিক্ত বিষয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় পয়েন্টে থাকলে সেই শিক্ষার্থী জিপিএ-৫ পাবেন। উল্লেখ্য যে জেএসসি এবং এসএসসিতে গোল্ডেন জিপিএ-৫ প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষার্থী অবশ্যই এইচএসসিতে জিপিএ-৫ বা গোল্ডেন জিপিএ-৫ পাবেন।

★ কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর কোনো বিষয়ে মানোন্নয়নের ক্ষেত্রেও উপরের নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে মানোন্নয়ন (improvement) না হলে, সেক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষার্থীর পূর্বের এইচএসসির পয়েন্টকে বাড়িয়ে দেওয়া হবে। উদাহরণ: ধরি 2019 সালের এইচএসসির বাংলায় কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর গ্রেড পয়েন্ট 3. সে ঐ বিষয়ে improvement এর জন্য 2020 সালের এইচএসসিতে ফর্ম পূরণ করেছে। নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করার পরও ঐ বিষয়ে 2020 সালে পয়েন্ট 3 থাকলে, তার পয়েন্ট বাড়িয়ে দেওয়া হবে, অর্থাৎ ঐ শিক্ষার্থীর ঐ বিষয়ে মানোন্নয়ন হবেই।

HSC results will be available via SMS, on education board website amid pandemic

Like previous years, the government will publish the results of Higher Secondary Certificate or HSC and equivalent exams on the education board website amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The students can also get the results via SMS, said SM Amirul Islam, exam controller of the inter-board coordination subcommittee.

The results will be announced at the International Mother Language Institute in Dhaka's Segunbagicha at 10:30am on Saturday.

Those who have already sent request via SMS will get the results after the announcement. Students can also request the results via SMS after the announcement.

To know the results, they will need to text HSC<space>first three letters of board<space>roll number<space>2020 to 16222. They will get the results in a return SMS.

Madrasa students, who took the Alim exams, will need to type Alim<space>Mad<space>roll number<space>2020 and send SMS to 16222.

Technical students will need to type HSC<space>Tec<space>roll number<space>2020 and send SMS to 16222.

The results will also be emailed to the deputy commissioners and Upazila executive officers. The institutions can collect hard copies of the results from the offices of the DCs and UNOs.

Last year's HSC and equivalent exams were slated to begin on Apr 1 but were eventually cancelled due to the outbreak of the coronavirus in the country.

However, the authorities were barred from publishing the results without actually holding the HSC and equivalent examinations under the previous legal framework.

Parliament later passed three amendment bills, allowing the government to publish the outcome of exams without actually holding the tests.

More than 1.3 million students are awaiting the results, which will be determined using a stop-gap system of averaging the scores of the JSC and SSC assessments.
